Key responsibilities; * Managed all supply chain activities including supplier selection, development and KPI monitoring. * Created a service excellence ethos to ensure that customer expectations were always exceeded. * Implemented lean principles across the operations targeting reductions in cycle times, inventory and quality costs while improving responsiveness, product/service quality and delivery performance. * Delivered engine repair services on time and to the defined specification as per the demands of both internal & external customers for the Engine Repair Operation. * Accountable for the technical contract review for Overhaul, Repair and Package Repairs. * Accountable for the management of Non Conformance reporting and Customer Complaint process, ensuring that rework and warranties are managed with regards containment, correction and preventive actions implemented. * Ensured full compliance with regards to all regulatory, legislative and Company QHSE standards.
