I am a Finance leader with 24 years of experience in the Financial Services industry in Sydney. I provide consulting/contracting services under the banner of Bell Campana and have recently worked with Entireti, Insignia Financial and AMP. Previously at ANZ, I delivered the Finance stream of the Wealth Separation Program. My team transformed Finance systems, processes and data and transitioned these to the purchasers of ANZ's Wealth businesses. I was responsible for all Finance Projects, Systems and MIS staff in ANZ Wealth. I have led Finance business partnering teams for a range of Wealth Management businesses, including Private Banking, Distribution and Financial Advice. I also have extensive experience supporting customer remediation programs. My roles have required me to establish large teams of professionals with a track record of delivery and of high staff engagement. I derive great satisfaction from enabling my colleagues to achieve their goals along with those of the enterprise.My goal is to drive business performance by ensuring the strategic allocation of resources based on high quality information and insights, whilst ensuring good governance and managing risk.
