I am a partner in a NHS General Practice at Aire Valley Surgery, an Expert Witness in General Practice, and an Honorary Lecturer at the School of Medicine at the University of Leeds.My Expert Witness caseload covers Clinical Negligence, Road Traffic Accidents and other personal injury including prison assessments. I am instructed by both claimant and defendant solicitors. I have been trained by Bond Salon and have completed their courses in the Civil Procedural Rules and Excellence in Report Writing. I am registered with MedCo as an Indirect Medical Expert and have my own venue in Leeds that covers the Leeds, Bradford and Harrogate areas. I have high-level knowledge and experience of Clinical Commissioning and am an active member of our Clinical Commissioning Group, Leeds West CCG. I have formerly been the the Clinical Lead for Cancer and Chaired the city-wide cancer group. I was previously a non-executive director at H3+ the federation forerunner to the CCG.I am passionate about primary-care and delivering the highest level of care to my patients.
