Mr. Robbin is currently a senior Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) and Microsoft Windows IIS SME in support of Unison's premier Contract Lifecycle Management software PRISM, versions 6.5.x through 7.5.13.x. He supports key Federal and DOD agencies including United States Department of Health and Human Services-Centers for Medicare/Medicaid Services (HHS-CMS), United States Postal Service (USPS), United States Office of Naval Research (ONR), Marine Corps (MCCS) and Army (Army NAF). Mr. Robbin provides senior level technical support to install, upgrade, patch and troubleshoot the PRISM product with a main focus on PRISM application servers and Oracle databases. He has expertise in migrating and deploying the PRISM product and supporting Oracle databases to cloud infrastructures including AWS, Oracle RDS and Azure. Mr. Robbin works on technical issues during installation of PRISM features that include Active Directory Single Sign-on, Application Server load balanced sites, application pools, Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC), Oracle Data Guard and DB Visit High Availability (HA) database products as well as COM + and third-party interfaces to Windows 2016 through 2022 servers. Mr. Robbin provides application and database performance tuning and migration support to Windows 2016 through Windows 2022 server applications and LINUX Red Hat Oracle database servers. Mr. Robbin installs web services on PRISM application servers to interface with third party systems such as Oracle OCI financial ERPS, Grants.gov, SAM.gov and FEDCONNECT.
