Responsibilities: Training new employees, helpdesk for Lisle office, documentation, ticket management, scheduling, working with the team on reaching SLA for all clients, developing strategies to improve analyst performance, help clients with tech service needs.

Worked with several different restaurants to help exceed company standards and guest satisfaction. Help train new employees to meet the standard by using different learning types (kinesthetic, visual, or auditory). Helping General manager with Inventory counts, safe counts, scheduling, truck orders, and passing all inspection audits with 95% or above. Work with different Team leader with sale projections and future plans for restaurants. Set standards for the whole patch (13 Restaurants).

Run diagnostics on computers to ensure everything is working properly. Ordering computer parts to keep stock and to replace any damaged hardware. Work with teachers and students to have laptops or another tech working within a 2-day period.
