Adrian Sciberras, FCCA, MIA, CPA, LL.B.(Hons)(Melit.), M. Adv (Melit.), a certified public accountant, lawyer and entrepreneur. Born in 1980 and received my education at St Aloysius College and University of Malta. I have gained my accounting degree in 2003 whilst working in the private sector and then moved onto setting up his own businesses from 2009 onwards. In 2018, I graduated in law with an LL.B.(Hons)(Melit.) and completed a Master of Advocacy degree the following year, in 2019. I have obtained the warrant to practice advocacy in the Courts of Malta, in 2020. During the years I have built my own businesses, a group of companies focusing on accounting, administration, audit, corporate services, property and legal, most notably being Fairwinds Management Limited, and Sciberras Advocates operating mostly but not only on immigration law, employment law, property law and commercial law. I have extensive accounting experience in individual, corporate, auditing, company management, international corporate structures, business consulting, tax and legal consultancy. I am a Fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and speak fluently Maltese, English and Italian languages. Most recently I have also founded TCN Malta (https://www.facebook.com/tcnmalta), a support group for all Third Country Nationals residing and working in Malta.
