My role is to deliver strategic focus, accelerate growth and build a world class team that can lead the market in this sector. Quality Clouds helps global enterprises to streamline development, manage risk and improve their technical debt, and to achieve full transparency over their SaaS platform development initiatives. Group CEO, managing four separate business, based out of Dublin, with a combined turnover of c.€100m. Within four years, through significant top and bottom line growth, the group saw a 12 fold EBITDA increase.In achieving this, we streamlined the organisation, which included the sale of non-core, overseas assets, and closed a loss-making start-up. Within the core area of the organisation, two additional business launched to drive audience volume and engagement, and to create new revenue streams, thus future-proofed the business in the audio sector.We transformed the culture of the organisation, from one silo'd which lack direction, was disjointed, competed with itself, and rarely communicated, to one where people and teams thrived in a creative, open, and positive environment, resulting in a "great place to work" score that went from below 5 to above 8.The Group was eventually sold to a trade buyer in early 2021 at an enviable double digit multiple.

In the spring of 2016, I successfully led the sale of Orion Media, the private equity backed business of which I was CEO, to Bauer Media Group, for an undisclosed sum. We sold the business for a money multiple of 2.3x. LDC, our private-equity backers, and all other shareholders were delighted with the return.The experience has given me unique insight into the process of running and completing a deal of this nature, and was something I felt very comfortable doing.The business, with a turnover of around £17m, employed just short of 150 people. After a thorough strategic review, and reorganisation of the business in the early part of my tenure, audiences and revenues grew significantly, resulting in a 24% improvement in operating profits year-on-year.

(2004-2006), running the National Radio Sales team (2006-2009), and finally running the cross-platform business, with responsibility for creative solutions revenues across radio, TV, magazines and digital brands and platforms.
