About Adrian Simms

I thoroughly enjoy working for AB Dynamics. My new role is giving me an opportunity to take a strategic role regarding long term future product development. The driving simulator project is an exciting and challenging opportunity to shape all aspects of a substantial new product from the outset. This includes:• Technical lead for product development• Building up a team including significant recruitment• Establishing and maintaining partnerships and relationships• Technical presentations to assist in Sales and Marketing process and to feed into Product Development plan • Product development planMy involvement in the SPMM over many years has given me good opportunities to work in many locations abroad in a customer facing role. I have really enjoyed the challenge of developing an established product to improve performance, and reduce manufacturing/commissioning time and cost. I am waiting with excitement to see the realisation of the next major revamp of this product and further advancements to other long-term developments such as HiLs.
