On secondment to a multi-million pound project which specified, built and launched a new investment and internet platform into multiple international markets; responsible for managing the production of requirements and the subsequent launch of the product proposition into all markets. • Defining the scope for the 23 products to be developed, this covered new products and the migration of existing products.• Managing the production of all requirements for all products in conjunction with business analysts, software developers and extranet architects.• Ensuring the data and parameter configuration of products on the new platform aligned with requirements.• Directing the design of related extranet processes and flows for product application and servicing processes for both customers and advisers.• Management of adviser and customer research that informed the platform design.• Managing the launch of new products from the platform, covering market and business readiness, marketing plans and communications.
