1) Develop and grow the Events Business arm of SingEx in Singapore and Internationally2) Strategic planning and direction, market positioning, finance planning, creating strong show teamsfor the Events Business with support from functional leads3) Create and present strategic plans to Shareholder and to Board of Directors4) Setting up of regional offices in defined key markets of SingEx’s strategic plan5) Partake in the conduct of acquisitions, spearheading post acquisition integration and establishingstrategic partnerships and joint ventures6) Growing our overall community and customer base7) Conceptualizing new exhibitions, conferences and rejuvenating existing portfolios8) Establishing operational systems that enables international growth and scalability of the eventsbusiness with support from functional leads. This includes governance and enterprise riskmanagement activities9) Drive change management within the Events Business teams10) Grow SingEx's brand and positioning in the Meetings, Conventions and Exhibitions industry to bea partner and employer of choice11) Teach, mentor and a guardian of “talents”

1) Regional Asia Pacific Role overseeing 7 subsidiaries and 5 representatives to deliver sales results in the projects within the business units.2) Strategic direction, Market positioning, Finance planning, Training and Recruitment for Business Unit 3 – New Media , Communications and Health Industry Sectors, Business Unit 5 - Environment / Renewable Energy Industry Sectors3) Establishing and maintaining good relations with Key Government, Associations, Key Corporate Accounts and Sponsors internationally (Europe, North America and Asia).4) Establishing new partners and markets and ensuring delivery of quality events and service by the team and other support staff.5) Establishing new Business Growth areas for the company in the Industry sectors that the Business Unit is in whether organically, or through alliances and M&A activities6) Launched and drove implementation of a database and customer relationship management project across offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Macao in 2013.7) Driven changes in compensation structures for project and marketing staff for a more performance linked, motivating and company risk managed bonus system
