• Primary business focused on Point of Sale/Retail systems related to the convenience store and fueling industry• Lead tester responsible for seven company products including a loyalty rewards and points-based application focused on customer retention, EPM product based on Microstrategy Business Intelligence Suite, and 5 NIMS (Network Interface Modules) interfacing with major credit card processors• Experience supporting these applications has given me exposure with data warehousing, ETL process, DTS packages, and supporting all metadata updates being delivered to clients. Frequently work with MSSQL with applications in Delphi using Stored Procedures • Currently the sole QA company resource and strive to remain focused on producing quality software that meets customer requirements while being sensitive to an established development schedule• Familiar with function, codes, and regulations concerning electronic payments. Tested multiple cards and payment types through electronic purchases (Credit, ACH, EBT,ATM) to verify product quality and security during latest PCI compliance certification within the company• Lead tester, solely responsible for completing a 1.5 year product certification. Ran multiple card types (MC, Visa, Fleet, EBT, Debit) through company NIMS (Network interface modules) which interfaced to industry payment processors and verified processing times and correct charge amounts were deducted from balance. Ran scenarios for returns/chargebacks, batch processing, shift change, and end of day reports• Extensive use of related log files to determine error codes and issue reporting when discrepancies or network failures occurred.• Use of proprietary tools to automate various transactions tests normally requiring large amounts of manual testing• Setup and maintenance of various test environments on QA managed server and virtual machines• Wrote automation scripts for in-house applications and executed them
