Reporting to the Ericsson UK Managing Director, I undertook a secondment for 6 months in 2015 to caretake the BT Account as the Key Account Manager - VP Sales, whilst Ericsson undertook the executive search for a full time replacement. During this time, I led the team to secure long term major contract renewals of all Support contracts working closely with the customer to ensure we adapted the contracts to meet their future needs. I then transitioned into the role of an Account Director responsible for resolving commercial issues and building and executing sales campaigns to grow the Order Book with BT & EE.

Director of Operations - Service Providers:Working in the Product side of Ericsson, based in Guildford, responsible for the overall delivery of customer Programmes and Projects and Services to Service Providers such as BT, TalkTalk, Virgin Media, Gamma, Global Crossing, Lebara & Verizon. Key parts of the role were similar to that of a Programme Director in terms of governance of the overall project & programme delivery to my customers and realisation of the business cases on behalf of Ericsson. As the ultimate escalation point for delivery, I was responsible for resolving customer issues at C-Level and Senior Management level on a daily basis. Leveraging my relationships with the customers I also worked extensively on pre-sales to drive business development and was instrumental in supporting the sales process for these accounts.
