I have a degree in Nutrition Sciences from Universidade Católica Portuguesa-UCP (2019-2023), full member of Ordem dos Nutricionistas (5873N) and I'm studying for a master's degree in Service Management at Faculdade de Economia da Universidade do Porto-FEP (2024-2026). I have a special interest in the areas of service management (contract catering; consultancy; health services) and the food industry, with the main goal of combining my technical knowledge of nutrition science with that of management.I stand out for my proactivity, as well as my motivation to expand my skills, which allows me to adapt easily to different contexts and take on my responsibilities with autonomy. These characteristics were particularly developed during my curricular internship where, in addition to my main duties, I worked autonomously on a research project from its conception. This experience allowed me to put myself to the test at various national and international events, particularly as a speaker. In addition, obtaining the Certificado de Competências Pedagógicas (CCP) strengthened my ability to communicate.During my academic career I maintained a connection to the entire university environment, being a member of the UCP Student Association for two consecutive terms, the Mentoring program in the 2nd and 3rd year, and receiving a merit scholarship in recognition of my performance.I also completed a 5th degree in music education during elementary school, which reflects my organizational and time management skills, as well as my commitment to personal development from a very early age.In addition, music, reading and sports play a central role in my life, contributing to the balance and motivation I seek in everything I do.
