AIESEC is a global youth run movement, aiming for the achievement of peace and humankind's potential, through our exchange experiences.As the Head of Global Talent for Youth in [insert LC], one of our local offices in Portugal I'm responsible for matching portuguese youth with our professional internships. My main responsibilities are:- Product Management of Global Talent, our exchange programs foccused on developing soft and hard skills in young people, through short-term and long-term internships in challenging environments.- Area Management, responsible to define and co-create strategies for product development, while runnning area engagement activities, tracking and managing the performance of my team, ensuring they work towards our area and team's goals.- Maintaining International Relationships with our country partners, whom we work with to ensure quality experiences for our portuguese interns while they are performing their internship abroad.

As B2C Manager at AIESEC in Aveiro, I produced content to publicize our international experiences, developed creative but also strategic thinking, in order to achieve the best communication, as well as positive brand awareness. I worked together with the sales team, in order to create synergy and work together. I also created partnerships with associative groups at the University of Aveiro and with higher education establishments in Viseu.

AIESEC is a global platform where young people can explore and develop their potential as leaders. We are a non-political, independent, non-profit organization run by young people. Members are interested in global problems, leadership and management. As a Team Leader of outgoing Global Volunteer, I managed a team to achieve results by keeping members motivated. I managed conflicts, analyzed performance daily and discussed strategies with the team in order to be effective and efficient. We work together with the marketing team in order to create synergy and work in line.

We develop Pitch Bootcamp, a world-class career accelerator, that brings together young talent and amazing professionals, helping students build extraordinary careers.As a student ambassador, I have the responsibility to connect the student community with the job market. I do it so by promoting career opportunities provided by Spark Agency's partners to students, teachers and career offices. I additionally help Spark to better understand how my campus works and to find the best way to approach its students.
