• Ensuring that KPI monitoring is completed daily/weekly/monthly. • Monitoring chats / tickets / emails for compliance and quality purposes.• Ensuring that the daily tasks are handled, and workflow distributed by the team. • Ensuring all customer complaints are followed up and recorded. • Reporting and following up with technical issues• Creating group requests and MAM requests. Ongoing monitoring and checking of group settings• Supervising IB’s with MT4 manager access• MAM and IB monitoring protocols • Reporting to compliance, complaints and monitoring• Assisting Head of Partners with departmental reports• Updating manuals with new and updated procedures• Supervising monthly IB extra rebate reports. Ensuring they are delivered on time. • Assisting with training and mentoring new employees and less experienced colleagues. • Training plans for new employees• Mediating workflow between departments. • Ensuring that due diligence and compliance procedures are implemented by the team.• Working with the head of partners to improve overall standard of the department. • Identify and support Partners related system and process improvements, assist with ad-hoc projects• Maintain and update the Partners website

In addition to the responsibilities of Partners Manager:• Assisting with training and mentoring new employees and less experienced colleagues.• Ensuring all customer complaints are followed up and recorded. • Creating group requests and MAM requests• Assisting Head of Partners with monthly additional rebate ensuring they are delivered on time.• Working with the team to create strategies to convert inactive IB’s to active IB’s and recruit new partners. • Proactively handling VIP clients• Building relationships and maximizing performance from existing affiliates.• Identify key affiliates and work closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure, and increase revenue.• Follow established guidelines and processes.• Priorities workload and manage tasks to achieve deadlines.

• Assisting with the on-boarding of new partners and clients. Via Live chat, telephone and email. • Relationship management with new and existing Partners to build loyalty. • Acquisition of new partners• Continual Due diligence and monitoring of partners and money managers. • Educate clients on the company’s platforms, trading products, account opening/deposit/withdrawal procedures • Working with the team to ensure KPI’s are met. • Monthly reports for Partner performance. • Supporting and assisting with all departments as required. • Problem solving with a positive and Can-Do approach. • Organizing and managing your work flow. • Report directly to the Head of Partners Team.
