Implementing Centralized Application Services to higher education associations and large colleges and universities.

Primarily deal with top level executives of small to mid-sized private colleges to tailor services and products that fit the IT mission of the institution. Beginning from a business information perspective, work to identify gaps in information based services and identify where Scan can fit those needs to provide business critical data to organizational leadership with efficiency and within budgetary allowances. Responsible for the division of co-operative educations over 90 employees technology needs from application and database servers, intranet resources andsoftware deployments. Managed help-desk infrastructure and business critical applications.

Primary liason between Fisher College and Scan Business Systems. Responsible for establishing and running usercommittee meetings, documenting college procedures and data requirements and delivering IT support to community ofover 1,500 users.
