Identified a niche market to the Rental Estate agents, maintaining & repairing managed rented properties on behalf of estate agents. This was very successful, providing services for over 25,000 properties across Kent, Surrey & Sussex.Implemented administration systems, Sage Accounts, developed a bespoke estimating, works schedule and costing software programme with HBXL systems.Supervised and managed all works with 12 operatives.Sole responsibility for all company marketing and customer relations including the construction of the company website.Currently running as a building services consultancy specialising in reactive maintenance, new build and listed building repairs and refurbishment.

Following the sale of Hilden Elite, semi retirement saw completion of a self-build property, various building and property related engagements and extensive travel.

Identified a niche market in Sevenoaks & surrounding area for a high quality chauffeur/ taxi company, servicing the immense requirement for a high class executive travel service to London and its airports. Developed one of the UK’s first computerised booking systems, introducing integrated telephone booking and client prioritisation.Established the Virgin Business service, to provide all first & business class passengers with a chauffeur driven service directly to their exclusive client arrivals lounge. This was developed further, across the “airline alliance”. Initiated a similar service for P&O cruise ships.Fleet of 57 directly owned and 30 owner-drivers executive cars with 140+ drivers and staff, use of over 5,000 company’s internationally and numerous approved national sub-contractors.
