As a dedicated New Jersey State Investigator with 30+ years in law enforcement, I am very passionate about my work. From negotiating several multi-million-dollar labor contracts to intense experience in diverse areas, I am prepared to manage a wide variety of challenges faced in investigations. Conducting an effective investigation is truly an art, using the right skills and documentation to optimize information collection early in the process. My training includes extensive specialized training in criminal justice in areas such as terrorism, white-collar crime, snipers, missing persons, and computer fraud. Serving as the lead for all corrections issues in the State of NJ and as a liaison to a multitude of external agencies, my involvement includes collaboration on complex intelligence, protocols, data, and compliance to legally take appropriate action. In 2015, I was elected as President of the Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) for lodge #174, and have been asked to retain this position even after relocating to North Carolina. It is not only an honor to be entrusted for this role but it provides the proud opportunity to serve. I am driven to bring the strategy and hands-on ability to improve security and safety in a variety of environments. My philosophy toward life and career is to truly be the best you can be at whatever you do. Because of this, I am a life-long learner who pursued 3 degrees while working full-time and running a small business! I enjoy mentoring others to stive to be their best as well.
