• Sales and Operations Planning – lead and facilitate the Sales and Operations planning. Review the demand plan and determine key resources to meet targets. • Demand and Supply Planning - plan and manage the demand for raw and packaging materials for production based on the sales forecast from the business units• Import Management - ensures timely and accurate delivery of imported materials. Ensures accuracy of inventory balances at all time• Warehousing and distribution - plans, manages, and coordinates inventory storage,transportation and distribution for BASF and 3rd Party warehouses. • Procurement strategy for direct, indirect and logistics - develops and implementsprocurement and supply strategies for technical materials and services, raw andpackaging materials to achieve optimal terms at the required level of supply security.• Negotiation and contract management - prepares and conducts negotiations withsuppliers for assigned materials and services according to the defined strategies andin accordance with procurement guidelines• Operational procurement for direct, indirect and logistics - manages the purchase-to-pay process for major purchases• Supplier relationship management - actively manages the portfolio of suppliers forassigned materials and services, strengthens partnership with key suppliers andcontinuously manages supplier performance.• Compliance and Other Processes – ensures that all activities are compliant withrelevant policies and procedures and documented properly to achieve excellent andconsistent quality of work results, avoid compliance issues and allow for traceabilityof actions.

• Responsible for inventory planning. Provides management with accurate inventory information to support business decision on critical stocks, expiration, stock availability per location and inventory cost• In charge of quarterly and annual physical inventory count in the main warehouse and all the branches. Ensure physical count against system records is reconciled. • Ensures integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.• Ensures incoming shipment is accounted for and posted in the system.• Analysis of regular line and promo forecast is aligned with current inventory and incoming shipment• Collaborate with the local Marketing team, Global Inventory Control and forecasting team in Dallas to ensure that the regular line and promo forecasts are updated monthly.• Stays informed of new promotions, products and services.• Formulates procedures related to control inventory at the main warehouse and branches• Generates and review the Critical Inventory Report. Ensures that items with less than 3 months inventory level are covered with incoming shipments.• Identifies items that needs to be air shipped to ensure inventory level at the warehouse is sufficient enough to meet forecast.• Responsible for initiating assembly and disassembly of promo items.• Responsible for receiving of shipments in the system.• Reviewing and initiating Stock transfer to branches.• Responsible for Inventory adjustment. • Put items on hold if they are near expiry, expired or damaged.• Recommends streamlining and standardization of processes to enhance efficiencies.• Preparation of the reports such as the Stock Status Report, Critical Inventory report, Excess and Obsolescence report and quality report.

• Review and plans weekly/monthly material requirements based on updated production schedules• Review and recommend safety stock levels• Create and maintain raw material purchase orders in SAP per the demand/supply plans to support finished good production. • Manages inventory levels • Ensure raw material availability and keep safety stocks levels to normal. • Coordinates with Marketing, Purchasing, Plant, Suppliers and other business units regarding material supply, production and finished goods availability• Prepare and present obsolete material reports, inventory aging reports, and disposal requests on a monthly basis to appropriate site manage, brand manager/business unit. Manage phase out process for raw material and packaging inventories • Provide support to end to end planning set up and execution for North America• Tracking of phase out projects to ensure that inventory levels are depleted/minimized• Inventory Reconciliation

Responsibilities:• Creation of purchase requisitions for packaging materials to be issued to the Buyer.• Plans the order of the materials to ensure that the stocks will be made available at the right place at the right time and at the right quantity.• Coordination with suppliers and monitoring of deliveries to ensure that the materials are available upon production.• Reconciles inventory with Third Party Manufacturers (TPM) through inventory cycle count which helps us update our records and achieve better inventory accuracy.• Monitoring of non-moving materials to keep brand updated and help them out with their depletion plan.• Helps in resolving delivery issues.• Creation of reports such as Stock Position Analysis (SPA) and Non-moving inventory materials report.
