Adrian Dobson has been performing for over 30 years and has a wide range of experience as an actor, singer, musician, vocal tutor and theatre director. Musical Theatre is his forte, and he has portrayed roles ranging from Gilbert & Sullivan (e.g. Frederick in "Pirates of Penzance") to modern musical theatre (e.g. "Anatoly Sergievsky - The Russian" in "Chess", Pirelli in "Sweeney Todd"). He has also acted in films, corporate videos, and on TV, including several dramas for the BBC. Adrian has also made his name locally as an accomplished stage producer and director of over 20 Productions.He has a strong lyrical tenor voice with a large range, and has undertaken numerous concerts both as a soloist and as part of numerous groups and choirs. He plays piano and has both accompanied and performed as a musician in various genre, adding to this is his composition of a number of works.Adrian is a hard working individual and is always open to any options, subject to availability. He is particularly interested in working more in films & TV.For over 30 years Adrian was a dynamic, successful and trustworthy financial services professional with an eye for accuracy, attention and detail. He most recently worked primarily in the investment and pensions market, but preferring now to concentrate now more on his artistic endeavours. However the experience he gained from this corporate environment has been invaluable and lasting when dealing with and negotiating future contracts.He is married with 3 children, originally from Nottingham, and also acts as a part-time exam invigilator for a local secondary school.
