All Home is a Bay Area organization that advances regional solutions to disrupt the cycle of poverty and homelessness, redress racial disparities in outcomes, and create more opportunity for economic mobility for extremely low-income (ELI) individuals and families. All Home works across counties, sectors, and silos to advance coordinated, innovative solutions and to build a movement to challenge the status quo that perpetuates homelessness.As the Director of Regional Implementation, I'll lead our technical assistance and thought partnership with jurisdictions in the 9 Bay Area counties and with the state of California. Through our collaborative efforts, many counties and cities have committed to a Regional Action Plan (RAP) to reduce unsheltered homelessness by 75% in three years. I advise these agencies on how to align their housing and homelessness spending and programs to the RAP, Platform for Change, and 1-2-4 framework on homelessness prevention, interim housing, and permanent housing strategies.

In cities around the world, Regional Contacts help local Burners connect with each other, while bringing Burning Man principles and culture into their local communities through events and activities, year-round. As an RC representing the San Francisco South Bay, my responsibilities include:-Serving as a Board Member for South Bay Burners, a registered 501c3 nonprofit, and assist in overseeing the organization's finances, events, community involvement, and other activities.-Planning, facilitating, or managing community events, both physically and virtually.-Representing South Bay Burners and the Burning Man Project at local community events.-Supporting local artists, theme camps, and other parties in appropriately hosting Burning Man sanctioned events.-Supporting local artists and theme camps in fundraising and recruitment endeavors.-Continually look for ways to connect Burning Man culture with local communities to promote the global, cultural movement.

Formerly known as the Ethics Commission, the Board monitors compliance with all campaign and ethics ordinances in the San José Municipal Code. The Board reviews and investigates allegations of violations of the Code and makes recommendations for enforcement action where appropriate. The Board also makes recommendations to the council with regard to campaign and ethics regulations and policies.

Destination: Home is a public-private partnership ending homelessness in Silicon Valley. Through a collective impact model, we incubate new ideas, advocate for policies, and fund effective strategies that address the root causes of homelessness and help ensure our region’s most vulnerable residents have stable housing. As the Homelessness Prevention System COVID-19 Program Manager, I manage the Emergency Rental Assistance program responsible for coordinating with over 20 partner agencies to administer $57 million in federal emergency relief funds to residents struggling from the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, through rental assistance and direct client assistance (cash grants).When hired in July 2021, my top priority was to build out program capacity to increase the volume of applicants and expedite the timeline for application approvals before the expiration of California's eviction moratorium expiration on September 30, 2021. In September, the City of San Jose and County of Santa Clara opted into "Option A" and agreed to consolidate our local program with the State of California. I completed my contract in December 2021 to wind down our local program and our team achieved distributing over $42 million to 4,100 households.
