Adrian Beach is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in investment, strategy, and project management. His career began in a Single Family Office (SFO), where he conducted due diligence on diverse investment opportunities. During this time, Adrian honed his analytical and strategic skills, laying a strong foundation for his future endeavors.While pursuing his M.S. in Operations Management at Northeastern University, Adrian served as a Program Manager for AT&T’s Fiber to the Premises (FTTP) and Fiber to the Building (FTTB) units. He successfully managed projects across 23 states, collaborating closely with engineers, project managers, and front-line technicians. His leadership in streamlining development processes and implementing management solutions had a lasting impact, with many of these innovations still in use today.After earning his MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Adrian developed and directed the Innovation Fellowship Program at the Institute for Applied Life Sciences. This multidisciplinary venture development program brought together over 240 STEM Ph.D. candidates with MBA students, aiming to bridge the gap between academic research and industry application.
