Over twenty-five years of professional experience in IT performance and capacity related fields across a range of data analytics and application areas in all stages of the DevOps lifecycle. Adrian's new role is as a Professional Services Consultant at Panoramic Data, helping MSPs to improve productivity, margins and customer retention; reducing the costs of observability by delivering world-leading services around optimization, integration and reporting. Adrian has been a regular speaker at industry events and was a member of the UKCMG Executive Committee in the role of Conference Program Chair for several years. He is also an experienced and enthusiastic tutor, who places an emphasis on student participation to aid the learning process, and was a contributing author to the book 'Performance Engineering Fundamentals'.He is a strong advocate of good practice for Service Management and believes early consideration of observability in Service Design is one of the keys to successful Service Operation.
