The Creative Sales Representative position supports the needs of our customers, both internal and external, by providing support and guidance when requesting product information. Supports the Inside Sales Team and Customers with creative, virtual representations of products using various tools and resources. Provides options that fit the customers’ expectations based on the requirements for each project. Required to have knowledge of all our products, materials, options, and imprinting capabilities to support the customers’ needs quickly and confidently while exposing customers to our ability to expand on the offering. Required to coordinate and collaborate with our orders processing, art and production teams to ensure that the project can be completed as promised and on time as needed.

Responsible for managing, storing and labeling inventory for fast and efficient recovery. Receiving and processing shipment through Remote Frequency Identification systems. Reports shortages to corporate for replenishment. Manages an in-house inventory of $120,000 minimum. Ordering styles to boost sales based on fashion, trends, and events. Provides customer service, support and training to sales staff. Exceeds company productivity standards for all operational processes.

Prepared computer generated material for in-house designed yearbook covers and end-sheets that met Herff Jones sales representative and customer specifications. Included providing pencil roughs, thumbnails and mock-ups. Created digital artwork from photographs and rough sketches provided by customers using Adobe Creative Suite as well as a graphics tablet. Prepared files for print production based on company standards. Required strong illustration and photo manipulation skills.
