(2020 - 2021) Telstra Gaming mission team. Engineering lead providing technical expertise (particularly in relation to online gaming network and heuristics for roadmaps and marketing materials), vendor and stakeholder management, telemetry data pipeline and dashboarding (APIGEE, Splunk) for business and operational insights. Partner security assessment and uplift.(2016 - 2020) Telstra Smart Home platform lifecycle team. DevOps, vendor and stakeholder management, new development and integrations of partner devices and APIs. Individual specialisation on cyber security within the lifecycle engineering team (experience with RHEL/Linux, PKI management, F5 load balancer & WAF).

As a lab demonstrator it was my responsibility to help undergraduate engineering students at La Trobe University to meet key learning outcomes of their subject (in this case: Communication Systems) by facilitating a positive and engaging learning environment. In this role I was a source of knowledge and encouragement as I helped students make connections between the theory taught in lectures and the practical experience collected in those lab sessions.

This role had me supervise the effective running of the Frontend department of the store. I provided exceptional customer service to our customers and ensured that the shopping experience of all customers was of the highest standard possible. This involved managing staff resources and time to best manage the flow of customers coming through the checkouts, as well seeing that daily jobs were taken care of in an efficient and safe manner.

I assisted in the design and development of a new advanced engineering workshop named "Digital TV antenna design" that was deployed to secondary school students from rural areas for the purposes of encouraging them to consider a future career in engineering. This was a great learning experience for my project management skills and was met with great feedback from senior staff within the organisation.This job was a temporary position so as to satisfy my 12 weeks of paid work industry work experience requirement for my BEng course.
