Key responsibilities:- Managing 20 staffs across 5 stores islandwide- Monitor day-to-day operations and identify retail trends- Analyze financial performance to develop long-term plans.- Implement Retail Operations SOP and ensure guidelines are followed through thoroughly.- Oversee purchasing practices to ensure proper stock management- Produce weekly and monthly sales reports to the higher management

Key responsibilities:- Market services by cold prospecting and building current network - Assess the client's financial portfolio by gathering information on investment, asset allocation, savings, insurance planning, and evaluating risk tolerance- Develop financial strategies by guiding clients to establish financial goals with appropriate financial plans- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership, exploring opportunities to value add to job accomplishments
