- Permanently involved and contributed in the improvement and development of products and manufacturing processes of laboratory glass products and equipment. Developed the automatization of water bi-distilling units with sensors for water debit and temperature and micro-controller; developed the manufacturing of glass bioreactors with automatic stirring, Hydrogen Peroxide distillation unit with 10.000ml heating mantle etc;- Supervised and improved the technical flow of the production processes for the purpose of increasing the productivity and work efficiency;- Modernized and restructured the production hall including a new climatization system thereby realizing a better energy efficiency and a substantial reduction of waste and emissions;- Coordinated and implemented a project for Micro-industrialization offered as a Financing Programme by the Government of Romania. The project consisted in the purchasing of new machines (small and large glassblowing lathes, semi-automatic glass coil machine, new burners etc), their installation, startup and efficient operation; - Responsible with the implementation and maintenance of ISO9001 in the company and permanent supervising of the product quality in order to comply with the quality standard and customer requirements;- Provided regular training for technical and non-technical employees in the company;- Maintained and developed business relationships including technical assistance with national and international customers from Romania, Germany, France, Italy, UK, Sweden, Ukraine, USA, UAE, South Korea, Japan, India, Australia etc;- Organized and led the participation at international exhibitions for both technical glassware (ACHEMA Frankfurt, Analytica Munich) and decorative glassware (Ambiente Frankfurt, Maison et Objet Paris, Salone del Mobile Milano, ICFF Singapore, EU Gateway Seoul);

Developed the automatization of water distilling units with sensors for water debit and temperature and micro-controller; optimized the construction and functioning of Orsat-Kleine determination apparatus; optimized alcohol determination apparatus with heating mantle; optimized the process of manufacturing glass coils etc;- Developed product strategy for the two families of products of the company, i.e. laboratory glassware (water distilling units, oil distillation apparatuses, fractioned distilling units, water analysis apparatuses, volumetric glassware, general laboratory glassware etc) and decorative glassware (candelabra, tableware, lighting objects etc);- Computer aided design for different products and company projects;- Handled design, electrical wiring, mounting and adjustment of neon signs;- Provided technical assistance and support for customers before and after sales;- Active participation in the preparation of national and international fairs where the company was present.
