Worked in many types of weather conditions throughout the different areas of the state forest, which includes a beach, lake, campsites, structures, and wooded trails. Liaison for information between office personal and reservation holders. Conducted basic maintenance to the park when necessary. Additionally, worked in the office by answering phone calls, checking campers in and out, taking complaints/feedback, and answering any questions regarding camping, hiking, and day-use areas promptly and professionally. Compiled and organized the papers for check ins prior to the reservation start date to establish a quick check-in process. Additionally worked in the contact station greeting and directing vehicles that enter the park and advising them of the rules and providing them directions. Worked with a cash register and managed attendance for both campers and day-use people. Worked alongside the seasonal naturalist by creating monthly event calendars, event flyers, and then advertised the schedule of events to campers. Joined guided hikes as a trial sweeper so the naturalist is able to focus on the verbal presentation
