-Responsible for the oversight and coordination of the association’s education, community outreach and engagement programs and restoration projects-Conduct outreach to local & state government officials on watershed protection & restoration activities-Plan, develop, schedule and implement in-school watershed education programs for grades 5-12-Develop site-specific, sub-watershed and watershed projects to remedy or prevent water resource impairment and manage implementation of these projects – including dam removals, riparian restoration, stormwater management, and instream restoration-Plan and prepare public information and involvement activities with appropriate individuals and groups of officials on water quality and resource concerns -Manage community engagement and implementation on green infrastructure project implementation including rain gardens and rain barrels-Director of environmental educational day camp for ages 5-12+-Supervise and mentor: environmental educators, AmeriCorps Watershed Ambassador, interns and volunteers -Collect, analyze, and report on water resource, land use, geographic and demographic data and information through field studies and research-Responsible for grant writing, progress tracking, budget management and reporting-Assist Executive Director to provide a safe, efficient, responsive, cost-effective and accountable place of work

-Design and implementation of STEM summer camp programs for Department of 4-H Youth Development -Working with NJ Teachers to implement lessons that incorporate ocean literacy principles and fundamental concepts-Design and development of real-time data lesson plans for undergraduates, incorporate contemporary scientific data-Coordinating, planning and implementation of STEM Programs for K-16 students and informal/formal educators-Development and implementation of STEM mentorship program for underserved and underrepresented youth-Conducting Literature reviews, and collecting and analyzing evaluation data

-Responsible for analysis of data gathered on various glider (autonomous underwater vehicle) missions, emphasis on chlorophyll data collected in Antarctica. -Undergraduate co-pilot for Cook glider, responsible for flight planning -Graduate of the nationally recognized Communicating Ocean Science for Informal Audiences (COSIA) undergraduate/graduate course (2010) at Rutgers University, developed by the Lawrence Hall of Science at the University of California-Berkeley. -Mentor to first-year students in Oceanography House Living Learning Community and students in Ocean Observatories Class.
