Responsible for coordinating the Standardization activities of the Technical Recommendations of the Foundry Raw Materials Studies Commission (CEMP) within ABNT through CE-059: 005.001.

Coordinator of the Molding and Macharia Commission through ABIFA - Southern Regional, responsible for promoting meetings between the foundry companies with the purpose of discussing issues related to the Molding and Core process as well as promoting technical lectures through invited speakers.

- Project Coordinator in the development of raw materials, new processes and products; - Technical responsible for 3 foundry areas on manufacturing process (2x DISAMATIC Vertical Green Sand Moulding Disamatic, Shell and Cold-Box Core Process and Green Sand System); - Pillar FI (Focused Improvement) implementation support of WCM (World Class Manufacturing) in the Foundry unit;

- Responsible for managing the cost structure of products, through time and manufacturing methods and BOMs managed through SAP; - Implement, train and monitor the OEE indicator; - Coordinator of the Energy Efficiency Committee of the Foundry, Components and Cooling Solutions plants, focused on the Sustainability pillar in the reduction of Energy, Natural Gas / LPG and Water consumption; - Implement, train and monitor CTQ's, as well as perform process capability analysis and R&R application in measuring equipment;

- Standardization of the operational activities on Fusion, Molding, Core shop, Sand System and Finishing areas. - Apply specific improvement in the nodularization process to obtain nodular cast iron; - Develop new perlitizing element to obtain gray cast iron in order to improve the mechanical properties of products and reduce production costs;
