I am a product designer with extensive experience working for clients in banking, the public sector, e-commerce, and industry.I have helped companies such as Banco Santander, RENFE, CERN, and the European Commission, among others, to launch or improve products that have helped them achieve their most ambitious objectives.How did I do it?✅ Teamwork. Throughout my years in consultancy, I learned to value the team I work with. I cannot conceive of the success of any project without a strong team behind it.✅ Team management. Just as I cannot conceive of the success of any project without a good team, I believe that managing teams is the key to ensuring that the machinery works as it should. I am passionate about managing multidisciplinary teams and learning from each professional within them.✅ Methodology, methodology, and methodology… I enjoy defining workflows. I do not believe in a standard work model that fits all projects and teams. Key team members must be part of this definition process.✅ The creative challenge. From research to project execution, what I enjoy most about each stage is defining flows and user journeys. Understanding the user's needs and transforming them into business objectives is a key part of my approach.✅ Release fast, release often. Planned, organized, and limited deliveries. I appreciate when a team coordinates effectively and can launch smaller, more frequent improvements and features over time.Design is the cornerstone of my work, seen as a creative way to solve problems and implement improvements.
