Responsible for all phases of the project: from design management, bidding, FF&E and construction processes through close-out. Liaison between AMC and the construction teams for all site renovations, dine-In theater conversions (DIT) and ground-up development projects. Project expertise includes managing multiple reseat projects, with an average project budget of $5.0 million –70,000 sq. ft sites, and DIT conversions, with an average project budget of $15.0 million –45,000 sq. ft sites. Project scope includes the conversion of existing auditoriums into Cinema Suites with luxury seating, renovation of the concessions and public area along with the addition of in-theater dining and commercial kitchens in sites open to the public.
