Responsibilities:● Organize the activities so that the team of 60 people work in a coordinated way in order to meet the established deadlines and maintain uniformity in the solutions. Redesigning business processes and investigating incidents;● Monitor the volume of complaints daily to identify distortions;● Identify the causes of the complaints presented and propose solutions to the governing body.Main Deliveries: Creation of a new area in the company, starting to solve the occurrences within pre-established deadlines (SLAs) and identifying their causes.
