Scope of Projects: Fabrication of Towbars and Accessories (nudge bar, front ladder rack, etc) for vehicles.Responsibilities:- Manage of project from the intention design until release for mass production;- Alignment with project-based work, interfacing with clients and stakeholders;- Provide orders and follow-up of items related to the projects;- Guarantee manpower in order to attend all phases of the projects;- Generate measurement reports using metrological equipment – CMM machine (Polyworks software);- Ensure that the welding jigs are suitable for mass production;- Fabricate pre-production components and preparation for welding;- Create programming of welding using ABB robot to produce pre-production samples (OTS - Off Tool Sample);- Prepare training for ABB robot operators;- Solve eventual issues regarding programming ABB robot;- Continuous improvement of programming ABB robot for greater efficiency;- Finish and pack the pre-production samples (OTS - Off Tool Sample);- Work on the Pre-Production sample (OTS - Off Tool Sample) and sharing data with other departments;- Accomplish, commit and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned in projects ensuring that newmethods/techniques are obtained with feedback;- Design towbar as required using SolidWorks software;- Work as a Team Player to provide a technical interface with the departments of R&D, Production, Engineering andQuality in order to keep online performance, and provide opportunities to improve and train with the objective ofobtaining greater efficiency on the line production.

Scope of Projects: Fabrication of Subsea equipment, such as: Double Joint, Buckle Arrestor, PLEM (Pipeline End Manifold), PLET (Pipeline End Termination), MCV (Module Connection Vertical), LRTA (Lower Riser Termination Assembly), URTA (Upper Riser Termination Assembly), BTF (Buoyancy Tank Foundation) and Jumper 2D e 3D.Responsibilities:- Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders to achieve project outcomes;- Define the labour to attend the project phases;- Liaising with the stakeholders across the projects.- Provide a technical interface with the department Planning, Production and HSE.- Elaboration and monitoring of the budget of Quality, according to the scopes of the projects;- Management of performance indicators and interface with internal areas, customers and suppliers to monitor results;- Supervision of activities for revision of procedures, preparation and approval of technical documents and recordsapplicable to the project;- Inspection management in structures metal, pipelines and equipment according to applicable international standards,such as: ASME B31.3 (Process Pipeline), AWS D1.1 (Structure Welding), NACE (Industrial Painting/Corrosion);- Structuring the Quality Department in defining strategies, implementing procedures and policies and scaling resources,focusing on KPIs, project requirements, and applicable standards;- Coordination of the processes and teams involved in Quality Management and Control for assigned projects, thoseinvolving the Fabrication, Assembly, and Testing of Subsea Equipment;- Implementation of new strategies and technologies focused on greater integration of data and interface betweendepartments, resulting in 50% labor cost reductions and 40% nonconformities in the management of the last project worked;- Management of customer quality auditing processes, commissioning and release of subsea equipment;
