Our grant forecasting model - which we have produced since 2010 - pulls in the latest data and assumptions from HM Treasury and other sources. The model also now includes the business rate retention scheme and the localisation of council tax. Pixel created its funding advisory service in 2010. Through the FAS we continue to provide support and advice to a wider number of local authorities.
