I'm a certified Pilates instructor through International Pilates. My classes and training sessions are focused on better health, better bodies, and better results. I'm best known for my Power Pilates Classes, where I take Pilates into overdrive with proper form, upbeat music, fast pace movement, and continual encouragement. I create a fun and motivated space in my classes that have people leaving feeling great, getting the results they want, and coming back for more!
