I began my career as a mechanical and electrical consultant, specializing in sustainable engineering and energy conservation. I've worked throughout Ireland, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and North America. I now specialize in proving business cases for developers and municipalities helping them understand that the mechanical buildings'​ systems in their existing or planned developments can be converted into thermal energy assets that create guaranteed energy efficiencies and perpetual revenue returns.
