Career ProgressionA formal education in Building Services marked the beginning of my career that went from Project Engineer at Howe Design & Management, London, to Senior Designer at VEL Engineering, Vancouver, culminating in a successful tenure as CEO of Cobalt Engineering LLP - a Vancouver-based company operating in multiple countries that grew to 170 staff and was named a Top 50 Best Workplace in Canada multiple times.
