I believe the formula for success is "win-win partnerships" and I've built my career and the growth of profitable companies on this. In 2010 I set-out to prove that a win for the environment and a win for business is not only possible but highly scalable. Cleantech company Fēnix Energy was created. Specializing in the delivery of Thermal Energy Assets, my team are driving a mission to create the greenest cities across North America one building and district at a time. Our unique Design – Build – Own – Operate business model leverages HVAC systems to create Utility-grade infrastructure that harvests, stores, and trades energy. Career ProgressionA formal education in Building Services marked the beginning of my career that went from Project Engineer at Howe Design & Management, London, to Senior Designer at VEL Engineering, Vancouver, culminating in a successful tenure as CEO of Cobalt Engineering LLP - a Vancouver-based company operating in multiple countries that grew to 170 staff and was named a Top 50 Best Workplace in Canada multiple times.
