Overseeing the team building our next generation AI-enabled functionality, Clio Duo. Responsible not only for running the team (helping to determine roadmaps, planning, career development, coaching, and communication with stakeholders) but also taking an active role in software development (coding, reviews, and testing) which provides an opportunity to pair with other team members and help spread some knowledge.

Worked on several customer-facing features in Clio's Grow portfolio. Was DRI for the Email Personalization project and took a leading role in the architecture, development, and communication of the project, culminating in its release to customers giving them additional flexibility over how their emails are delivered.
