About Adrian Thomas

Ten years experience across consulting and development and a track record of driving and scaling impact through building and scaling successful teams, designing and implementing process improvements, and delivering on complex projects across a range of contexts. Predominately focussed on smallholder agriculture in East Africa, but have delivered success across a range of business areas, including Operations, Finance and Innovations as well as in small business.Currently taking a break from formal employment to focus on my own businesses, in particular freelance consulting projects for a number of small businesses and chartities, as well as my own farming enterprise. Having worked with smallholder farmers for 8 years, I am keen to explore my own farming journey, and particularly interested in applying holistic and regenerative management methodologies.
