As a trainee of SMU Product Club's Project Management Experience, I learnt various skills of a Product Manager such as conducting user interviews, prioritization, prototyping and PRFAQs, from industry leaders.For the Internal Product Challenge, our team worked on improving Grab's ride hailing services to help improve the experience of drivers. One suggestion was having a price bargaining tool so that driver's can make price-adjustments depending on demand.

- Raised purchase requests to procure goods and services for the battalion, such as office and trainingequipment, technology, catering services, and transportation.- Liaised with local suppliers to obtain the most cost-effective quotation and coordinated scheduling ofdelivery to ensure punctuality- Utilised Microsoft Power BI to create impactful visualisations to illustrate the unit’s expenses for theFinancial Year of 2022, which was presented to the battalion's Commanding Officer.- Soldier of the Month for January 2023

During my time as an intern at a small but culturally diverse marketing agency, I dabbled in quite a few roles and was exposed to different operations in the company. Here are some of the tasks being an intern there:- Generate weekly marketing content for company’s social media pages such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram; written 3-5 marketing articles per week for the company’s website- Analyse the engagement rate of the company's social media and web posts- Assisted with revamping the company’s website to boost its search engine rankings thorugh SEO optimization- Conduct price checking to evaluate current pricing strategy and recommend improvements for sales and management team- Sourcing for products and suppliers based in China and Vietnam.- Assisted operations team with optimising the company’s collaboration database to streamline business processes and productivity- Supervised new interns from Vietnam, United Kingdom, India and Singapore to train and onboard them into the company
