Office Operations Created technical manual for publishing and PC applications to improve efficiencies. Implemented two federally funded organizations to provide eleven employees at no cost for organization operations. Persuaded Davis Folding Company to take over entire publication and mailing responsibilities for GSM's international newsletter. Implemented USPS software integration for automatic database updates. The resultant cost savings of these actions was a thirty percent reduction of the department budget. Madison House AssignmentDuring a three year assignment I worked with a diverse group of adults who had varying degrees of physiological and psychological capabilities including: Bi Polar, Schizophrenia, and Sociopathic disorders, Sex offenders and Drug addicts. Developed influential and conflict resolution techniques for day-to-day operations to successfully generate synergy and productivity of residence. Counseled individuals about personal challenges and promoted personal growth to overcome cyclical patterns of destructive attitudes and behavior. These efforts resulted in a strong allegiance to my guidance as well as improved life choices. Africa Assignment Traveled to Uganda and Kenya as the representative for Good Samaritan Ministries International center in Beaverton Oregon, promoting the work of the organization to multiple international non-profit organizations. Designed and implemented new cooling charged air systems for business and commercial class vehicles using CATIA V4 solid modeling design software. Designed specific application packages for commercial vehicles utilizing database management software. Acted in consultative role with vendors, contractors, and liaison engineers to improve process and productivity. (Freightliner had a major down turn in profits and laid off three rounds of employees. I was on the third round)

Gave lectures and demonstrations, assisted students and graded lab books on lab activities for the Physics lab. Awarded Most Outstanding Lab Instructor for abilities in providing excellent education and presentations to students in a manner that allowed them to learn in non-traditional ways. First year - Estimating department: Developed reference materials and drawings for standardized pipe configurations for bidding practices. Responsible for submittals, sheet metal and piping estimates. Assisted in multiple bids for estimating department. Second and third year - In addition to first year responsibilities, I assisted in heat load, gas piping, and tonnage calculations. Assisted in as-build designs, bidding process, submittals, equipment and material call outs.Project management duties on Widmer fermentation and bottling facility. Construction of the complete brewing process including 12' diameter Mash tank and 25' diameter Wort tank and chillers. Final fermentation installation with 240,000 gallon capacity with full expansion to 480,000 gallons.Assisted in estimating and material acquisition; tracking labor; and coordination with superintendent and senior general foreman on job progress.
