Here, I conducted European market analyses to identify suitable new markets, and identified an opportunity for strategic alliance/acquisition opportunity with/of another company. This has since occurred (acquisition of Laboratoires Narval) with EU market launch having occured in Sept 09 in one EU country (Sweden) prior to a Europe-wide rollout. Due to its specific nature, this represented an unprecedented worldwide first (a PAP company entering the oral appliance market).Followed by a strategic planning project.
