He is currently the CEO of Diverse, a technology and design firm affiliated with Microsoft, specializing in creating digital gamified experiences through game design to educate, entertain, and engage.Passionate about the intersection of technology and industrial design within the healthcare sector, Adrià has spearheaded projects involving Additive Manufacturing, personalized Training Systems, and Medical Products for prestigious clinical institutions in Catalonia. His work underscores a commitment to harnessing design for substantial impact in healthcare innovation.Adrià's entrepreneurial journey began in September 2014, at the age of 13, when he transformed his hobby into a business venture. This enterprise grew to include a team of over 25 members from 8 different countries. In 2019, Diverse was inducted into the Minecraft Partner Program, integrating with the world's most popular video game. Over the past three years, his team has developed new content for the Official Minecraft Marketplace, reaching a global audience of over 100 million users.
