As part of Dev’scool internship program, I studied, through the Educative platform, different technologies and programming languages, such as Java, JavaScript, Software Architecture, Software Design Patterns, Spring, and JUnit, while developing projects, solving challenges, and experiencing the agile methodology in everyday work.

SAP Mission Control Center team is focused on helping customers during critical periods and situations. The main goal is to ensure their success and a quick return to their daily tasks. The main tasks of the job included, but were not limited to:- Driving critical customer situations for cloud solutions, focusing on S/4HANA product.- Handling an effective collaboration between Product Support, Development, Operation, and other escalation teams for root cause analysis and action plan development and to ensure commitment to customers.- Evaluating requests for assistance, contacting customer to check information and understand the issues, and taking the right action.- De-escalating incidents.- Orchestrating Critical Period Coverage initiatives and other activities with key stakeholders, by organizing meetings to discuss the issues and next steps. - Reproducing customer issues in the system.- Assisting in the SAP MCC LAC Monthly Newsletter and taking action in the SAP MCC Diversity and Inclusion Council.- Editing and making videos for SAP MCC regarding team methodologies and procedures.
