A young professional, with experience in the real estate industry, business management, project management, administration and basic accounting. I have experience working in fast paced environments and leading teams/departments of about 10 or more people. I am highly organized, a fast learner and driven. I have learned how to take initiative by learning roles outside of my job description, strengthening my problem-solving skills. I enjoy creating processes and analyzing where I can help myself and others day to day run smoothly. I have lead multiple projects at once; implementing new softwares into an already operating business, creating process' around the softwares, creating marketing strategies, planning events, managing the project schedules and ensuring that all deadlines are met or reevaluated when necessary, managed vendors/contractors to complete projects in a timely manner. I have 10+ years of client facing experience and multi-calendar management. I have also worked in healthcare industry learning how to handle multiple doctors calendars, and managing patient treatments. I am highly motivated and continually trying to grow. I believe that everyday should be productive and something to be proud of. Although not everyday can be as such, I will always try to do my very best.
