Self employed working on real estate matters, estate planning and probate

Represented various municipalities in the Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX area as assistant city attorney. Attended city council, planning & zoning committee, and board of adjustment meetings as city's legal counsel, and handled municipal court matters. Drafted various city ordinances and rules and regulations as well as other related documents. Also represented cities as legal counsel at a few bond rating meetings with financial institutions, handled EEOC matters filed against cities, and resolved City of Grapevine, TX bankruptcy claims against Braniff Airlines. Spoke at various TX City Attorney's Association conference on various subjects.
