Responsibilities include but not limited to the same as acting senior production controller and listed below:• Managing the print production team for both womenswear and childrenswear.• Managing four direct reports and any temporary staff. • Overseeing the repro contracts and process across two repro houses and managing day to day workflow, relationships & quality of retouching. • Creating, updating and circulating our Catalogue stat plan. • Ordering Paper for all catalogues in all markets. • Financial and budget responsibilities increased to include overseeing the repro budget and monthly spend/reconciliation, monthly estimates for UK catalogues print and paper• Voluntary lead for the Disability Stream in Boden’s D&I forum – Attend bi-weekly meetings discussing and implementing company initiatives to promote a diverse work force where everyone feels included, valued, represented and heard.• Creating, updating and overseeing the creative critical path for both womenswear and childrenswear.• Running and leading the weekly kanban to track campaigns and shoots, ensuring they are progressing and hitting each milestone

Responsibilities include but not limited to the same as production controller and listed below:• Managing the womenswear production team.• Overseeing and planning the Womenswear catalogues across UK, US, DE, AT & FR. • Scheduling both internally and with external partners ensuring that all stages are completed to time and print deadlines are met. • Updating and circulating our Catalogue PO / stat plan. • Ordering Paper for EU womenswear catalogues. • Financial and budget responsibilities increased to including monthly estimates for EU catalogue print and paper, invoice checks and sign off for the printing of EU catalogues.• Overseeing the repro process with our external repro house and managing day to day workflow and relationships.• Final image sign off and final page approval responsibility increased to include US.• Allocated jobs increased to include US enticement projects, all US assets and becoming a ‘US specialist’.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the same as assistant production controller and listed below:• Managing the day-to-day workflow of the Womenswear catalogue team ensuring that all stages are completed to time and print deadlines are met. • Manager with 2 direct reports.• Creative Service Lead/Project manager for seasonal campaigns as well as individual projects including PR Press releases. • Chairing kick off meetings, status meetings, checking and allocating briefs throughout the department and managing the work through Design, Artwork, Production and Repro. • Conducting and chairing briefing meetings with art directors or other stakeholders and briefing our repro house with retouching needed as well as scheduling and agreeing turnaround times.• Responsibility of proofing covers now increased to include UK markets.• Financial and budget responsibilities increased to now include UK catalogue repro invoices.• Allocated jobs increased to now include Press releases, brand books, and advertising assets.• Planning of European 3rd party assets including creating and distributing the 3rd party stat plan.• Final image sign off and Insite approvals now to include UK Markets.• Quality check responsibilities increased to now include UK/US catalogues.• Multi-Channel trained to provide ad-hoc support and cover for the web Production team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to the same as production assistant and listed below:• Proofing catalogue text pages and EU covers. • Colour management including colour matching/correcting to ensure the final image matches the garment. • Press passing – web, gravure & digital in the UK, US and EU. • Allocated jobs increased to now include mailings across UK, FR, DE, AT & US & European 3rd party assets.• Final page approval / sign off for EU Markets.• Quality checks for EU catalogues.• Financial responsibilities include invoice checks for allocated print jobs and EU catalogue repro checks & Postage.

Responsibilities include:• Image checks and conversions from EIP or RAW ensuring images are optimum quality for print or digital use. • Briefing meetings with the buyers regarding repro work needed on products / imagery and advising on limitations. • Proofing the catalogue captions.• Assisting on page and image checks including checking text, repro and colour matching. • Managing the flat plans and page status updates.• Assisting on press passes in the UK and EU.• Responsible for the production of allocated jobs, managing scheduling, print buying, paper, repro & invoice approval for but not limited to promotional products, catalogue inserts and parcel inserts.• Administrative duties.

Managing multiple monthly publications, regular supplements and shared monthly and bi-monthly publications, copy chasing and artwork approval. Communicating with designers ensuring that the briefs are understood. Timeline management, ensuring all deadlines are met by all team members including the sales teams and designers in order for publications to go to press on time. Publication administration: checking flat plans, checking the revenue books prior to invoicing and mailing. Web production, trafficking copy and ensuring they are live, on time and correct.
