Key responsibilities: - Drive lead time reduction continuously based on model complexity, monitor factory delivery performance to be in line with KPI objectives- Optimize customization operational process and take ownership of drafting and versioning for operational guidelines/policies, SOPs, manuals, reports and best practices and develop/train the factory teams to adapt to the business needs & changes- Analyze the monthly & seasonal customer forecast, set up the cut-off for monthly, seasonal and yearly forecasting, and according to forecasts proactively work on capacity plan to meet Footwear Customization strategy- Communicate monthly & seasonal forecast plan with T1s and T2s in terms of engineering materials- Monitor the end-to-end planning process and proactively manage constraints, including but not limited to T1 capacities, system issues, material shortage due to forecast exceeding- Manage & monitor material inventory across models, factories and brands- Own regular & irregular reports and optimize the layout and calculation logic- Holistically support as Footwear Sourcing in terms of new markets roll-out plan for customization business, support end to end UAT testing, work closely and coordinate with project team, market IT, global IT, mi adidas IT, logistic team & factoriesKey Achievement: - Ensure delivery availability in holidays & peak seasons and demonstrate sourcing as solid partner to the markets- Standardize & formulate packing manual for mi adidas, successfully roll out shoe box label for mi Team/B2B orders under NOLABEL workflow- Leverage material inventory & order trend to provide forecast to the factories in order to achieve cost savings on material- Manage large scale of B2B orders across BUs, markets and factories from order enquiries, sampling, ordering, packaging and shipment- Support to roll out new mi adidas markets such as South Korea, Russia & Chin

Key responsibilities:  Support production of T1 suppliers in capacity management, fill-rate reports and KPI performance through the timely resolution of production issues Monitor bulk production delivery schedule, manage and minimize order delay risk in order to reach quality and delivery objectives Act as Planning role to work closely with factory on forecasting initiatives, according to forecasts proactively work on capacity plan Provide regularly needed management reports Initiate continuous improvement measures that support the global targets; take full ownership of monthly performance reporting Support and facilitate various projects with suppliers and different functional teams to meet Sourcing strategy Enhance the communication with T1s to ensure each factory fully understand the guidelines/ policies/ SOP with adidas Group and implement them strictly and properly.  Balance customer requests and T1 supplier constraints by managing expectations from both sides to ensure a higher success on global KPI
