As Director of Website Operations, she was responsible for the oversight of the SeniorNavigator, VirginiaNavigator and disAbilityNavigator websites and management of website content and data based on consumer needs and current issues in aging. Additionally, she has served as project and grant manager for several of SeniorNavigator’s major initiatives including the Lindsay Institute for Innovations in Caregiving (www.caregivinginnovations.org).

Completed a 600-hour practicum as part of graduate degree curriculum. Managed projects and work rotations in resident care, personnel, finance and billing, environment/physical plant, marketing and general administration. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.

Assisted in the development and rollout of a "Kids Into Health Careers" program designed to promote career development in health care and aging. Helped to plan and promote a conference on Older Women and Breast Cancer collaborating with the Virginia Health Quality Center (VHQC) and Geriatric Education Centers across the United States.

Managed five researchers at a large Work/Life Company who obtained information for counselors on a case-by-case basis. Assisted in the development of new publications and resources in conjunction with the Product Management and Seminar Departments. Role as a visibility consultant for client company benefits fairs and events on weekends (2000-2004)
